As the official caterer for CrawFest 2024, Cotton Culinary brought the flavor with over 5,000 pounds of perfectly seasoned crawfish. In addition, they served up other Cajun favorites, including corn fritters, crawfish hand pies, jambalaya, fresh beignets and bread pudding with Jack Daniels cream sauce.

While mingling and munching throughout Cotton’s Katy campus, guests were treated to the sweet sounds of Jon Wolfe and Matt Castillo as they took the stage and shared their music with our visitors.

Guests also had the opportunity to play boozy ring toss and take home some prizes, meet Texas A&M Quarterback Conner Weigman and get a signed football helmet, enter our raffle for the chance to win a gun and participate in our live auction.

Overall, we had a grand time, and we raised over $150,000 for Taylor’s Place, a private sanctuary where families facing terminal illnesses can create memories to last a lifetime.
