On Monday, October 7, 2019, Cotton Foundation deployed two trucks to the Goodyear Plant outside of Beaumont, Texas, to deliver building materials to employees affected by Tropical Strom Imelda. The plant employs over 600 people, and about 43 associates experienced flooding in Winnie, Vidor, Hamshire, and other nearby towns.
